Service Description

This service will not be used for gameplay session but can be used to help individuals spend committed time planning for and coordinating a large event, learning how to play the game, getting feedback and support if you run your own games.

Cancellation Policy

Standard and Therapeutic sessions can be rescheduled if notice is provided at least two calendar days before the scheduled session (Events must be rescheduled within five calendar days before the scheduled session). Scheduled sessions (Standard and Therapeutic) need to be canceled at least five calendar days before scheduled session date or will be otherwise forfeit if they cannot make the session. Events need to be canceled at least 14 business days before scheduled session date or will be subject to a 25% fee of the original reservation amount. Events canceled within two calendar days of the scheduled event will be charged a 50% fee of the original amount. Events canceled on the day of the event will be ineligible for a refund.
